I have a non-judgemental approach to therapy that is committed to providing professional treatment that addresses the social, emotional, and behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, and adults in crisis from all diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. My person centered methods will provide interventions to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, unhealthy anger management, grief, suicide, relationships and other mental health and related issues. Together, my goal is to assist in developing the skills necessary to address past and present problems in order to establish a healthy lifestyle moving forward in life.
