Note From Chantaul:
I became a therapist because I have a heart for people. I want to be a part of people's healing journey andI am blessed to be able to do that every day. Listen, therapy is for YOU. YES YOU! It is not just for people struggling with anxiety, depression, and fear. If you don't think therapy is for you then let me tell you something. Not being able to sleep at night, or to stop thinking about past pain or trauma is not the way you have to live. If you are sad, or just feel ing "blah", therapy can help with that too. It is a place to heal, it is also a place to find your gifts and talents, to capitalize on what you do well. One of my favorite things is helping people identify family patterns and then helping make new ones.

I have extensive experience in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work well with teen, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with couple systems and rebuilding relationships after trust has been broken. I am trained in EMDR which accelerates healing with those who have experienced trauma, and entrenched patterns of thinking. The journey to healing can be a confusing path at times. The only way to get to it, is through it. I would love to join you on your journey to healing. There is so much hope.
